You’ll need a dryer2.
You’re not allowed to cook in a water bath3.
You’ll need an oven with a removable bottom4.
You can’t use any oil in the dryer.
It must be nonstick or non-greasy.5.
You’re not permitted to boil the fruit, dry the fruit or use any other type of oil to dry it.6.
The fruit should be fully submerged in the water and not exposed to air.7.
You can’t cook the fruit for more than 24 hours.8.
You must leave the fruit in the air at all times.9.
You may use nonstick pans and preheated ovens for cooking.
If you want to cook with oil, the food should be cooked in a non-stick pan, not in a plastic wrap or paper towel.10.
If your dry fruit is not ready when you plan to use it, it should be reheated in a hot oven for a minimum of 20 minutes.
